Onboarding Services

During onboarding, your dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) will help you get up and running for your 14 day trial. We will:

• Help you create 2 funnels and launch your post-purchase offers. 
          –  Identify which products will work best for your offers
          –  Create offer criteria
          –   Select the right components to use

• Take you through best practices for upsell strategies that work.

• Overview of funnel and revenue analytics to understand what success looks likes.

• Strategy session to help identify the best post-purchase strategy based on your business and goals. 

After your trial, as a paying customer you will get continued support from your dedicated CSM:

• Quarterly Business Reviews to discuss performance metrics, upcoming campaigns, and adjust strategy as needed.
• A customized success plan that we build together to help you reach your goals.

• Contribute to our product roadmap and get access to early preview of new features.

Note that your team will be responsible for:

• Creating design assets, like product images, graphics, banners, etc.

• Copywriting, such as marketing copy, offer copy, etc.
