Adzuki beans contain saponin, which gives it a natural foaming action to help remove dead skin cells and cleanse pores by drawing out pore-clogging sebum, dirt, and bacteria that can cause blemishes.
Ritual for Exfoliation: Take a dime-sized amount into your palm and rub in a circular motion on your body or your face. It will help to rub off the dead skin cells while the oils will hydrate your skin. Rinse. If the oils and sugar have separated a little, stir to remix.
