As a tea, Spearmint is uber-refreshing, both hot and iced. It's less in-your-face minty like Peppermint, which has a remarkably bracing menthol flavor and aroma. Spearmint is more sweet, rounded, and chill, and actually promotes a feeling of calm. Like other mints, it it soothing for an upset tummy, and just helps a person feel good all over.
